I am a licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California, working with both individuals and couples. I specialize in treating the impacts of trauma, high achieving women with complex personal histories, young adults dealing with suicidal thoughts and behaviors or life transitions, and adult children of emotionally immature parents.

My practice is dedicated to supporting and guiding my clients in discovering their optimal self and creating increased peace and clarity in their lives. I utilize an approach that is eclectic and existential.  My style is both deeply compassionate and honest. I find it greatly important to build authentic relationships with my clients by creating a space that offers candor, humor, and a normalizing approach to challenges. Together we will work to make sense of what is happening beneath the surface for you.  Slowing down and going deeper to help you increase trust in your inner wisdom and confidence in all the parts of who you truly are. 

While earning my Masters of Arts in Metal Health Counseling, I began my career in New York treating children and adolescents in foster care, where I honed precise clinical skills and a deep understanding of treating trauma. I also largely participated in the development of a therapeutic supervised visitation agency from the ground up. Over the next seven years I moved to San Diego and continued growing my career working as a department lead and supervisor for a team of case managers serving elderly adults. Then moving into wraparound services as a lead clinician supporting children and families, working towards the goal of keeping the child in the home. In December of 2019 I started to transition into a group private practice treating couples using the Gottman method and in 2023 opened my own practice.
