Therapy for Young Adults
Young adulthood can be an overwhelming time, filled with pressure, uncertainty, and major life transitions. If you’re experiencing suicidal thoughts, feeling stuck, or struggling to find your direction, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly about what you’re going through and feel genuinely heard and understood.
Couples Therapy
Loss of connection, trouble communicating, unsure of what path to take next? Couples therapy can help to create new ways of relating and connecting with one another. I utilize an evidence based modality called the Gottman Method that provides couples with a structured path to more open communication. I have experience with consensual non-monogomy/polyamory and the Queer community.
Individual Therapy
This is a space to work through any personal issues you may be facing. I will tailor the sessions to meet your specific needs creating space for growth, increasing self insight, and working to identify and change negative patterns of thinking.
Trauma Therapy
Trauma can leave lasting imprints on both the mind and body, influencing how you respond to stress, relationships, and everyday life. My approach focuses on creating a calm, grounded space where you feel supported, understood, and in control of your healing process. Together, we work to gently uncover and process the experiences that may still be impacting you—without forcing or overwhelming the system.
