My approach to therapy for young adults in San Diego
I view young adulthood as one of the most challenging—and overlooked—seasons of life. Rapid change, growing responsibilities, and constant pressure to “have it all figured out” can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’re falling behind. I’m passionate about helping clients explore who they are and who they want to become in a space that is free from judgment and unrealistic expectations. Here, mistakes are not failures—they’re part of learning, growth, and becoming.
If you’re struggling with suicidal thoughts, self-harm, or the weight of transitioning into adulthood, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we’ll gently identify and unlearn the beliefs and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while building healthier ways to cope and move forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported as you begin to find more clarity and stability.
